Nah, there are no trout on Cape York, at least not of the freshwater kind. There are Coral Trout in the sea, though.
Dayne, who lives on Cape York, is planning a trip to Tassie to chase trout of the Salmonid variety. Lately he's been practising in the local rivers with his trout gear, and throwing around a Predatek Min Min in Copperhead colour.
